Start your visit with the impressive Hassan II Mosque, the largest mosque in Morocco, beautifully positioned above the Atlantic Ocean. Take time to admire its architecture and ocean views. After free time for lunch, continue exploring the city, including a stroll along the lively Corniche, where sea breezes and cafés create a relaxed atmosphere. Overnight stay in a comfortable hotel in Casablanca.

Day 2:Casablanca – Volubilis – Fes

Wander among impressive mosaics, columns, and arches that tell the story of Morocco’s Roman past. Continue to Meknes, an imperial city founded by Sultan Moulay Ismail. Visit major landmarks such as Bab Mansour, the Royal Stables, Sahrij Souani basin, and the Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail. After lunch, drive onward to Fes, where you will check into a traditional riad inside or near the medina for an overnight stay.

Day 3:Fes – Ifrane – Midelt – Ziz Valley – Merzouga

Today, the journey heads south through the Middle Atlas Mountains. Stop in Ifrane, known for its alpine architecture, clean streets, and cool climate, earning it the nickname “Switzerland of Morocco.”

Continue to the Cedar Forest of Azrou, home to Barbary macaques, where you can enjoy a peaceful walk among the trees. After lunch in Midelt, drive through the scenic Tizi n’Tilghmt Pass and follow the lush Ziz Valley, stopping for panoramic views of palm groves and oases.

By late afternoon, arrive in Merzouga, at the edge of the Sahara Desert. Switch to camels and ride across the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi, stopping atop a high dune to watch the sunset. Reach your luxury desert camp, where you’ll enjoy traditional dinner, Berber music around the campfire, and a magical night under the stars.

Day 4:Merzouga – Rissani – Erfoud – Tinghir – Dades Gorge

Wake early to witness a breathtaking sunrise over the Sahara dunes, followed by breakfast at camp. Return to Merzouga by camel or 4×4 and continue the journey west as part of your 5 days Morocco itinerary from Casablanca. Visit Rissani, the former capital of Tafilalet and an important trading center, where the traditional souk reflects authentic local life. Continue to Erfoud, known for its fossil workshops, before passing through palm-filled villages such as Touroug and Tinjdad.

Arrive at the dramatic Todra Gorge, where towering canyon walls rise above a flowing river. Enjoy free time to walk through the gorge and have lunch nearby. In the afternoon, continue to Dades Valley, stopping at the famous “Monkey Fingers” rock formations and scenic viewpoints. Dinner and overnight stay in a hotel or riad.

Day 5:Dades Valley – Rose Valley – Skoura – Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – Marrakech

On the final day, travel through Kalaat M’Gouna, famous for its roses and annual Rose Festival, then pass through the palm groves of Skoura. Arrive in Ouarzazate, where you may visit the film studios that hosted many international productions.

Continue to the legendary Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Morocco’s most iconic landmarks.
